Located in Cochise county, the area is quickly becoming known for its many vineyards and Pecan orchards! The access is off of the south side of the property on a city maintained road next to the railway. The city of Bowie has passed a Rail Quiet Zone in 2018 to reduce the amount of warning sounds the trains give off.
The town of Willcox is a 25 minute drive away and offers everything that you could need for supplies, groceries, and a few options for bars and restaurants. The border of New Mexico lies 30 minutes to the the east, making Deming Municipal airport an hour and 30 minute drive.
Power is located on property on the southern edge. Septic and well will have to be dug. The property is zoned as RU-4 which would allow for subdividing should the need arise.
Heading east on the I-10, take exit 362 for I-10 BL towards Bowie. Continue for 1.3 miles and turn left onto N Central Ave, heading north. Continue for .2 miles and turn left heading West onto W Railroad Dr. In .4 miles you'll turn slight left onto W Luzena Rd. In 1.3 miles the property will be on the right. The road and railroad cut into the southern most part of the property.
