The Diamond Grove tract is located in eastern Madison County along Mifflin Road. This 154+/- acre tract is a fantastic timber and hunting/recreational property.

From Mifflin Rd, there is a dirt farm road leading past the pond and through the field to a ridgetop overlooking the property that would make a beautiful view for building a cabin or country estate. Diamond Grove contains approximately 13 acres of reclaimed fields and a one-half acre pond, with the balance being a stand of aging timber that has an extensive internal trail system.

This tract contains a highly diverse mixture of habitats necessary to grow trophy bucks. The timberland is primarily considered a fully-stocked, two-aged stand of upland and bottomland hardwoods ranging in size from pulpwood to medium-sized sawtimber. Primary commercial species include white oak, red oak, poplar, and hickory, as well as various other hardwoods species and scattered loblolly pine.
