Undveloped tract of land located in the Six Mile Hill area of west Roswell. The property is a contiguous tract of land borered by Mark Road on the west. Mark Road is a pave two lane roadway. The East College Avenue right-of-way (as yet not developed) is along the northern boundary. At the crest of the tract the views of downtown Roswell are available to the east and the view of the Capitan Mountain range to the west. This piece of land is primed to be divided. Utilities are close by but a domestic water source would need to be developed.
