Deed Restrictions:

Perimeter fence must be steel pipe frame construction, well-kept and painted.

Property may not be used as a dumping ground for junk, dead tree limbs, rubbish, or as a site for the accumulation of unsightly materials of any kind; no broken or rusty equipment.

Vehicles. No untagged or unlicensed vehicles are permitted to stay on property; all vehicles that stay on the property must be licensed to the owner of the property, or owners children.

No single-wide, double-wide or triple-wide manufactured homes or any other mobile homes of any kind are allowed on the property.

Travel trailers are allowed to be kept on the Property but must not be set up as a residence.
