Hudspeth County is one of our favorite places. It's situated in far west Texas between El Paso County to the west and Culberson County to the east. This is a beautiful area. The air is clean, the water is clear, and there is basically no pollution and no crime here. The sunsets are as beautiful as you will ever see. The night sky is so clear you will be amazed by how many stars you can see.

The attitude is very much "live and let live". In the rural areas where our properties are located you are free to build or not build as you see fit. If you want to camp on your land, or park an RV, you can do so without restriction. There is no zoning. You can have a mobile home, prefabricated home, etc. This can be your perfect tiny home land. There is no Homeowners Association (Hoa). There is no Property Owners Association (Poa). There's just you, your freedom, and the beauty of nature. The climate is mild and dry, with an average minimum temperature of 30 degrees in January and an average maximum of 94 degrees in July.

JB Howell is an undeveloped subdivision west of Dell City in Hudspeth County, Texas near the northern border of the state. This property is Lot 110 in JB Howell.

It is a large approximately 5.035 acre property that sits in the southern part of the subdivision and has 466.69 feet of northern platted road frontage and 470 feet of western platted road frontage. FM Road 2249 is about 175 yards to the south. There was an unpaved driveway from FM Route 2249 along the west side of Lot 110, it should be easy to re-establish by driving over it.

Electricity is available. There are power lines running along the west side of the property that used to go to the old water well site on the west side of the property.

Hudspeth County has no zoning. There are no subdivision restrictions in JB Howell. There are no Property Owners Association (Poa) or Home Owners Association (Hoa). You can build if and when you want to, or just camp and RV on the property without restriction while holding it for investment.
