LOCATION: Southwest Alabama: Monroeville is 6.1 miles to the north. Evergreen is 24 miles to the east. Mobile is 89 miles to the southwest. Montgomery is 100 miles to the Northeast.
DESCRIPTION: The Beaver Pond Road Tract is a great country homesite that is also an excellent deer and turkey hunting tract. This property was recently cut but mature hardwood trees were left scattered across the property. This tract could easily be converted to pasture and used to graze livestock. It has county road frontage along Beaver Pond Road and power is only a couple hundred feet from the property. The Tract has a gently rolling topography and it can be traversed rather easily.
