This is a conveniently located property just minutes from growing Vancleave. It consists of mixed natural growth timber of various age classes throughout. Behind the locked gate at Wade-Vancleave Road, you will find an established road that leads uphill to the tower location. You will also find a food plot/feeder location already in place here. There is plenty of dry and level ground for a camp or homesite. As you leave the top of the hill moving east, the terrain slopes down toward the Polly Lake. It eventually drops off into a couple of different ravines that lead to a hardwood bottom with some wooded wetlands. Down at the bottom, you will also find a large amount of frontage on Polly Lake, which is a stone's throw from the Pascagoula River and offers all kinds of fishing opportunities. The Pascagoula River WMA is just on the other side of the river, providing endless opportunities for hunting and recreation as well.
