Driving Directions to Property: From Scott City, Kansas travel 6 miles east on Kansas Highway 96. Turn south on South Rodeo Rd. and travel 3.5 miles. The property will be on the west side of South Rodeo Rd.

Property Description: This is a productive 80 acre tract with predominatley Class II soils with 0%-1% slope. The property is currently wheat stubble and is NOT planted. The current tenant will be removed as of 30 days prior to March 1, 2025. There is no expenses to the Buyer for any field work done post 2024 wheat harvest.
