The Jefferson Davis Parish Tract (#03019-03914) is a +/- 753-acre (per GIS Estimate) tract of timberland located in Jefferson Parish about six miles southeast of Elton, LA (North 30.42624, West 92.60931). The topography is generally well-drained with Bayou Nezpique running along the eastern side of the property. Over five hundred acres were planted around 2011 and have yet to be first-thinned. A pipeline right-of-way runs through the nortwestern area of the land creating a wildlife/access corridor. About 243 acres remain as merchantable hardwood bottomland.
