Welcome to Green Cabin Hunting Ranch - a 716-acre hunting ranch in theCookson Hillsin easternOklahoma.The Cookson Hills are an extension of theBoston MountainsofArkansasto the east and the southwestern margin of theOzark Plateau.Green Cabin hunting ranch consists of 716 acres of prime hunting land in northern Sequoyah County Oklahoma. The ranch has a large population of Whitetail Deer, Turkey, and Black Bear. The ranch has 8.5 miles of hog-proof fencing and over 15 miles of trails most of which can handle a full-size truck. The ranch includes 4Redneck Buck Palace 360 6X6 Blinds with 10' stands and 2 Redneck hunting chairs. Several ladderand tripod stands throughout the ranch.10 HB 1000 lb feeders, 4 HB 750lb protein feeders, 4 HB 400lb Turkey and Quail feeders. All feeders were specially built to be bearproof. 5 CuddebackCamera Networks with 48 cameras cover all feeders, entrance gates as well as other areas, and 2Jager Pro Camera systemsand a Jager Pro Hog trap. There is a 600-yard range with a concrete pad and targets at 100 yards and labeled.
HOME AND BUILDINGS
The home is 2100 sq ft, fully furnished, and has three bedrooms and two baths. It has a mudroom with a bench and storage cabinets. There is a covered enclosed patio with a grill, storage, and Refrigerator. There is also a 25 X 25 concrete deck with two sets of patio furniture and anHB 48" fire pit with grill and shelf. There is a 20KW Backup generator with an auto-transfer switch that will supplyall the power in each building.

LAND ATTRIBUTES
The region is a ruggeddissected plateauwith numerous peaks and ridges up to 1,100 feet above sea level. The Cooksons are drained by tributaries of theIllinois River (Arkansas). They are heavily wooded, predominantlyoak, with patches ofblack walnutandhickorytrees.There are three nice waterfalls on the ranch and numerous springs located throughout.
