Not many people are aware of the rolling hills north of Weimar. If all you have done is travel down Interstate 10 you miss this scenic region. Significant hills with deep valleys that break off towards the Colorado River bottom rewards landowners and visitors with outstanding views that are hard to capture with a camera. You need to see it to appreciate it.
This property is not "common" land. The tract is on one of the highest hills in the area and views stretch for miles, which makes it special. To add icing to the cake, the sellers will convey 100% of the minerals owned. I am not aware of any place that can match these attributes.
