- All 19 miles of perimeter fence and more than 16 miles of interior/ cross fence are in great condition. A 2.5 mile cattle alley runs from the ranch headquarters to working pens in bottom pasture. Hydraulic chutes are present in both locations!

- The Lodge boasts 6 private king en-suites, 8 full baths, 2 bunk rooms, and a kitchen w/ commercial appliances separated from the living area by a covered outdoor seating area. Also an attached 75'x30' covered parking area.

- The recently remodeled foreman/ guest house has 3 beds, 2 baths, and 2 living areas.
