This property is a nice, flat typical CRP property that is not currently enrolled in any CRP program. All of the property would be able to be grazed or hayed at any time. There is a small 120 +/- acre grass trap in the north west corner of the property that is not eligible for CRP program. The fences are in disrepair, and the windmill has not been maintained. The current owner does not know about the condition of the windmill.
