The area is known for its high level and concentration of Elk & Mule Deer. Game Wildlife Management areas are scattered throughout the area, with plenty of public land hunting not far away.
Fishing is considered Blue Ribbon for the area with Strawberry & Starvation Reservoirs are approximately 20 minutes away. Currant Creek & Red Creek Reservoirs are to the Northwest, with Flaming Gorge to the northeast.
Snowmobiling is at a premium throughout the area. Park City ski resorts are an hour or so away. Olympic venues and training centers are scattered throughout the Park City Area.

Hollow Point Ranch is located in Fruitland, Utah, in the state's Northeast part. Duchesne is the County seat and is 20 minutes east of the ranch. Heber City is 45 minutes to the North-west, with Park City another 15minutes further. Groceries can be bought in Duchesne, with all major shopping in Heber & Park City. Salt Lake International Airport is approximately 1 1/2 hours away. Heber City has a smaller airport available.
