This is a 57 acre parcel at the end of Tenney Road which had a 2 family home and a 40x80 wood working shop. Current owners tore down half the 2 family which was a manufactured home on a poured concrete foundation. Subsequently they had the asbestos removed from the remaining portion of the 2 family and the soil where much of the old building was burned. They also added a new drilled well. The original septic and leach field are still there. The workshop is ugly but functional with 3 phase power to it. Its on a concrete foundation with all metal framing and asbestos siding. FHA heating system is working and roof appears to be working fine. There is also a well behind the workshop which previously serviced the house. The previous owner had an approved subdivision plan for 4 building lots with a cul-de-sac and no road needed in April 2023. That plan was never recorded and the current owner let that expire but the town was very much in favor of it and would likely approve it again.
