This high fenced South Texas Hunting Ranch is located in Duval County, Texas. 7.5 miles SW of San Diego, TX on the west side of HWY 359, 141 miles from San Antonio, 255 miles from downtown Houston and only 65 miles from Corpus Christi, TX. This property has great location and is ready for the eager hunter.

The brush diversity on the ranch is significant. There is an abundance of Black brush, Lime prickly ash, Brazil, Persimmon, Hog plum, as numerous other species.. This ranch consists of mostly sandy loam type soils ranging in color from red to dark greys.

The ranch is watered by one new well 420ft deep that produces 24 GPM of good water, as well as a windmill equipped with large pila. There are three small wildlife tanks with water lines and water troughs at each. Electric, water and septic are set up for an R.V. for your convenience.

There is a newly constructed high game fence that was built about a year ago. A two-acre soft release pen lies in the center of the ranch. Currently the ranch is under a level 3 MLD that allows rifle hunting to start in October of this year and run through February.

In addition to the already good native deer that roam the property, twelve bred does and one nice buck have been released this year. A good fawn crop is healthy and on the ground. Pedigrees are available upon request. Other wildlife includes five Scimitar Horned Oryx, hogs, lots of dove and Bobwhite quail.
