Location: The Watt Ranch is located just 3.5 miles North of Throckmorton, the county seat of Throckmorton County, about 2.5 hours from Forth Worth. The ranch is approximately four miles long from North to South all fronting U.S. Highway 183 and two and a half miles wide from East to West.

Terrain: The ranch has a varied terrain from level farm land to gently rolling hills and has numerous elevations changes overlooking Throckmorton County and the Elm and Boggie Creeks.
