This ranch has good bones and is currently running approx. 365 pair of cows. It is located approx. 15 miles North of Wells, Nevada at the end of a private road and at the foot of Antelope Peak in the Snake Range. The ranch has three underground wells and surface water out of a big spring. One well was recently drilled and with this additional water they should have plenty of water for the 5 pivots which irrigate approx. 580 acres. Now with adequate water for 5 pivots they should be able to run 500+ head. The ranch has approx. 5300+ deeded acres and two BLM permits which adjoin the ranch. One section, Section 21, is not fenced in yet and it has water it. If fenced it would provide more pasture for summer use. The ranch has Mule Deer, Antelope and Elk. The ranch has been getting 1 Landowner Elk Tag each year. Approx. 400 acres of the irrigated lands is under Elk fencing. Two large ponds fed by the spring are stocked with fish, Bass in the upper pond and trout in the lower.
