The Drew Tract is a timberland tract with great recreation potential. A creek runs through the north of the property with plenty of oaks for acorn production. Per the NRCS Web Soil Survey, the topography is flat, and the soils are well-drained Ouachita silt loams with an average site index for Loblolly pine of 90 feet (Base Age 50). The timber on this property consist of +/- 9 acres of 2012 pine plantation and +/- 41 acres of mixed hardwood-pine forest and scrub. Access to the property is historical access from the east across a power line and adjacent landowners.
