Directions to the Farm: From Billings, OK. Go 5.5 miles north

Taxes: $364.00

Possession: Sellers are selling land subject to an existing 4 year remaining lease for the crop only. Grass pasture will transfer at closing.

Description: This tract consists of approximately 160 acres more or less. According to the county FSA office there 83.06 DCP crop acres with a full base. There is a rural water tap located on this property.
