CALL FOR OFFERS! Authorization from the sellers, the Co-Executors of the Estate of Glenn Cole, Mike Cole and Glenda Cole Stewart: We are surprised, pleased, honored, and humbled by the outpouring of interest in our Father's home, 4154 W. KY 10, Tollesboro, KY. Our agent has informed us that there are no fewer than 12 parties represented by a number of real estate professionals who have inquired about the home and set up appointments to view our Father's home (this number reflects current known interest and could increase by Wednesday, April 2, 2025 as numerous inquiries have been made since the property was advertised online and the sign went up as we were preparing to head home Thursday morning, March 27th, some of whom were discouraged by the significant interest and others of whom were playing "phone tag" with our agent). In the interim, attempts have been made to "jump the line", making offers (good offers, even exceeding the asking price) without viewing the home in order to give them an advantage. While we appreciate their enthusiasm and greatly appreciate the offers (and do not hold anything against them), and realize that we may have priced the home at less than current market value (judging by the significant interest in the home), we do not feel it is fair to accept an offer without permitting all of the interested parties to at least view the home; we are also aware that a number of persons who have expressed interest in the home claim to be cash buyers (whether they are in reality or not, we do not factually know).
