A nice 40-acre tract in Tensas Parish is one of the state's best areas for whitetail deer. This tract is a perfect father/son tract for a couple of hunters and also joins and gives access to Buckhorn WMA. With all of Buckhorn WMA acres as backup and AG fields around it, it is the perfect paradise you have been looking for. Tensas and Big Lake WMAs are just minutes away, as well as Lake Bruin, for fishing. The tract was planted with a few trees but is not in any programs. There is an excellent road system on the property, as well as two food plots and a new 4x6 box blind. The front acre was also mulched and cleaned up for a campsite. There are utilities on the blacktop and excellent access to the property from Highway 4. Small tracts like these are hard to find in this area and won't last long.
