The M&T Farms consists of 397 acres split amongst three tracts, all located between the towns of Portland and Lake Village, Arkansas. In this brochure, the tracts will be referred to as Tract #1, Tract #2, and Tract #3. All three (3) tracts offer a recreational and timberland opportunity. Tract #1 is the largest, most northern tract and is 298 acres. Tract #2 is located almost directly across the highway, just slightly southwest, and is 34 acres. The last tract, Tract #3, is 65 acres and roughly a quarter of a mile south of the second tract.

Recreational opportunities include deer and waterfowl hunting. All three (3) tracts have acreage enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program which improves wildlife habitat and enhances each tracts hunting opportunities.
