This 380-acre farm is located in northern Atascosa County, minutes south of San Antonio.

IMPROVEMENTS: 14,500 square foot facility with cold storage, office space, and three loading docks. 13,000 square foot fully enclosed storage facility, (2) 1,400 sqft worker living quarters constructed in 2016, Farm manager's house, approximately 1,000 sqft with 480 sqft garage, (2) Fully enclosed equipment barns, metal pole barn. WATER / IRRIGATION: There are 2 Carrizo irrigation wells, one of which can produce upwards of 1,000 GPM.
