At one point in time this rectangular tract of land was bisected by a large drainage canal that came through Willacy County. So there are approximately 32 acres on the north side of the canal and 6 acres on the south side of the canal. The tract on the north side has approximately 800' of frontage on FM 491, and 1,200+ feet of frontage on FM 1425. The tract on the south side has approximately 340' of frontage on FM 1425.
