Land: This ranch consist 323.17 acres on both sides of the North Llano River. The north pasture is completely low fenced. Much of this fence has been replaced over the past several years. Moonshiners Canyon runs from north to south offering spectacular views and an abundance of game trails. Axis deer, whitetail deer, rio grande turkey, hogs and the occasional sika deer or mouflon sheep provide some of the best year around hunting opportunities in the hill country. The ranch currently has 5 hunting blinds and 5 deer feeders that run year around.
Improvements: The fully furnished cabin near the river is a comfortable 2BR/2BTH, with large screeded in porches on both sides. The current set-up has five beds inside with plenty more sleeping space on the screened in porch. A walk-in cooler, storage room and fire pit area offers a turn-key set-up for a great stay on the river.
