Approximately 8 miles northeast of Prairie City on Highway 26 (about one-half mile east of Dixie Summit), turn right onto Forest Service road 306.

After 3.5 miles veer right onto FS 374 (see yellow ribbons in tree in middle of intersection).

Go 2.5 miles to end of crushed gravel part of FS 374, and continue uphill to the right.

After 0.4 mile, turn slightly right and uphill onto FS 282. In 100 yards cross cattle guard, which is approximately the middle of the eastern boundary of parcel 159. Stay on that road across parcel 159 and across one-quarter mile of FS to the northeast corner of parcel 160.
