10% down payment required the day of the sale. Successful bidders are purchasing with no financing contingencies and must be prepared for cash settlement of their purchase on or before March 28, 2025, or after any objections to title have been cleared. Landlord Possession at Closing subject to the continuous rights of the 2025 Crop Year to Tenants Hobbs Family Farms, Inc. and Kyler L. Hobbs. Notice was not given.
