From the intersection of Hwy 64 and Hwy 69, follow Hwy 64 east for approx. 11.8 miles.
Turn right on to Coy Hill Rd and follow for 1.2 miles.
Turn left on to the gated gravel access road. The road will be next to a residence at 1275 Coy Hill Rd.
Follow the gravel road for 1.2 miles until you see a Tutt Land Company sign.
