This is an excellent timber tract with great deer and turkey potential only a few miles west of the Ouachita River. The property has a sound road system and multiple spots for food plots. Seventy-eight acres of the tract was clearcut and replanted in the last year. There is an excellent browse and habitat for the deer. Turkey numbers are good in this area as well. One hundred acres are 23-year-old chip and saw, 18 acres of 19-year-old pine, and the remainder is in hardwood logs and SMZ. The owner put down the rock on the road into the east side of the property, and it would set up nicely for a solar or generator-run camp overlooking a beautiful hardwood flat. There would be potential for a nice lake if the new owner desired. Give us a call to take a look.
