Hunting:The area's wildlife includes white-tailed deer, feral hogs, Rio Grande turkeys, mourning doves with occasional white-winged doves, bobwhite quail, coyotes, bobcats, and various other varmints. The river corridor has also brought some exotic game species to the area.

Residence and Improvements:The headquarters has a 40-foot shipping container with a small bunk room built inside. There are also water and electricity hookups for an RV.
