The online auction will begin on Monday, November 11, 2024, at 8:00 AM. Bidding will close on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at 2:00 PM. Any bid placed in the last 5 minutes of the auction will extend bidding an additional 5 minutes until no more bids are received within a 5-minute window.

A good productive farm with excellent road access is from three sides (not on all sides). Mostly large, open fields, with a creek on the east 1/3, providing cover and water for wildlife.

Property Location:Go west of Nashville 1.5 miles on Rt 15 to County Rd 27. Go North 1 mile to SW corner of the property. From east: Go 2 miles north of Nashville to Mockingbird Rd. Go west 1.5 miles to North Grand. Go south .5 miles to NE corner of the property.
