Pleasant Ridge 195 is a natural regeneration tract in Union County, approximately 12 miles east of New Albany. County Road 180 traverses the property along with multiple ridge-top roads that lead into the natural timberland, which consists primarily of hardwoods but also has some pine mixed in. The approximate age of the timber is 20-25 years old. On my initial inspection, I saw several wild turkeys and plenty of deer on and around this property.
