This high fenced hunting ranch is located about 20 minutes east of Cotulla, with frontage on Hwy 469. The deer hunting is outstanding with good native brush and plenty of water. The ranch has 6 stock tanks, 3 water wells and 10 water troughs.

The White Kitchen has a good mixture of deer and quail habitat, as well as good dove hunting around the tanks. The cattle are rotated between two pastures with a new set of cattle pens in the middle.
