The Spencer Ridge Road Tract in Lee County, KY is approximately 27 miles southeast of Richmond and 48 miles southeast of Lexington. The Daniel Boone National Forest borders the property along a portion of the western boundary.
A year-round stream known as Lower Sinking Creek originates in the northern portion of the property and remains on the property flowing over 1.4 miles to the southeast. Goosey Fork Creek (1.8 miles) and Upper Sinking Creek (0.63 miles) serve as the property line along the southwestern boundary.
Numerous trails were created throughout the property during recent timber thinning and provide excellent opportunities for recreational access and hunting. Approximately 300 acres of hardwood forest remain undisturbed. The northern boundary consists of nearly 3 miles of county road frontage along Spencer Ridge Road. Nearby electricity is available less than a mile from the northeast corner.
