The orchard is in the southern end of the Wahluke region and gently sloping to the south, providing good air flow. There are twelve (12) Orchard Rite wind machines to assist with air movement.
There is a 1,200 square foot steel pole, metal sided shop and office on the orchard.
There are a total of 144.5 planted/plantable acres. Currently there are 68.9 acres being traditionally grown and 21.6 acres in year 2 of transitioning to organic. There are 24.9 acres of apples and 65.2 acres of cherries. Varieties include Pink Lady Apples (19.7 ac), Buckeye Gala Apples (5.2 ac), Black Pearl Cherries (41.8 ac), Chelan Cherries (11.4 ac), Coral Champagne Cherries (7.0 ac), and Zeus Cherries (5.2 ac). There is also 54.4 acres of bare land ready for orchard development.
