Siskiyou National Forest is adjoining owner to the south, and Manulife is adjoining owner to the north, east, and west. There are two logging road access point to the east on Manulife ownership. An access permit or easement will be required along with an extension of road 200 feet to the east boundary. Slide Creek bisects the southwest portion of tract. There are moderate to steep south-facing slopes. Estimated stream buffer incorporate 2.5 acres and site index of tract is mostly 108. South Coast Lumber's manufacturing complex is located within 45 minutes of Gold Beach.
