The second floor contains the guest quarters, including a sitting room, guest bedrooms in hues of sky, sea, sun, and marsh, a studio that can be utilized as a bedroom or study, and a shared laundry.

In the guest sitting room, twin windows look out over the deep, tree-lined drive. White built-in cabinetry including a media space line the wall, and there’s a coffee nook with prep sink to the opposite side.

The central guest suite enjoys a window and French door opening to the second-floor covered balcony, a walk-in closet, and a Jack-and-Jill bath with a large frameless-glass walk-in shower shared with the studio. The octagonal corner suite to the rear lies beneath a spectacular turret ceiling of white beadboard. It also enjoys a French door to the balcony, plus windows in three other directions overlooking the lagoon and golf green. In its plantation-shuttered, windowed bath is a walk-in shower.

In the third guest suite, the bedroom features rear views in two directions and a bathroom with bathtub. In the fourth, four bedroom windows overlook the treetops in three directions and the bath includes a walk-in shower.

The octagonal studio, meanwhile, is privately located to the side of the home with its own windowed hallway. Its windows face in five directions, white built-in bookshelves and cabinetry invite quiet repose, and a French door to the balcony and windows offer incredible golf and lagoon views.

The laundry room, containing a side-by-side washer and dryer, sink, built-in deck beneath a sunny window, and plentiful cabinetry and countertop space, completes the second floor.

The third floor is dedicated to the estate’s private primary suite.
