Wares Cross Road is located 7 miles north of downtown Lagrange, Georgia in north Troup County between the US Highway 27 traffic light intersection and Ga Highway 219 (aka Mooty Bridge Road) 4 way stop. It's also 60 driving miles from Atlanta Airport, 55 miles from Columbus, 8 miles from Lagrange College, 37 miles from West Georgia College in Carrollton and 33 miles from downtown Newnan. From an engineering perspective the property lays where there is little unusable land. The creeks are well defined and the banks rise quickly to minimize floodplains and hydric soils.
