Runnels County Ranch is located East of Ballinger, Texas off Hwy. 67 to Norwood Cemetery Road between Benoit, TX. and Talpa, TX. Ballinger, TX. is the largest city 13 miles to the southwest.

The terrain is generally flat with some gentle slopes, 8 different fields totaling approximately 399 acres and 815 acres in native pasture, oaks and mesquite country. (Very productive ranch land) plus a 2 acre grape vineyard.

The O.H. Ivie water pipeline runs north on the west side of the ranch and has two water taps. There are approximately 10 earthen tanks. Middle Mustang Creek runs through this ranch as does a branch from the Middle Mustang Creek which provides ample water supply to the wildlife and livestock with large holes of water that maintain seasonal levels.
