According to FEMA flood maps, small portions of the property along Farm-to-Market Road 2538 near Cibolo Creek and along an unnamed drainage are located within the 100-year floodplain. There are no pipeline right of ways or electric transmission lines. There is no oil and gas production.

Wildlife and Recreational Appeal: The property is located in an area with local native game. Typical wildlife includes whitetail deer, wild turkeys, dove, quail, varmints, wild hogs and seasonal waterfowl, etc.
