Ranch House 325

Imagine a home perched atop a hill overlooking an arena below and staring down from the sunroom at the kids playing and fishing in the stock tank below. Well, that is all at the end of a 1-mile private gated road!

When you pull up and hit the clicker to open up the large metal gates, you'll find the soothing drive to the home beneficial as you check on the livestock along the way. You can watch the hands working cattle in the pens, or you can turn and watch the family roping in the 120x250 arena (complete with roping chute) and 60' round pen.

Turn up the hill to the ranch house overlooking the whole property, and you can see two of the three stock tanks and several of the traps below as the livestock rotate their grazing. The home was recently updated and is move-in ready. It's easy to see why folks love country living once you come out and set your eyes on this property, and this view. 11 miles to Hawley schools and 18 miles to the north side of Abilene. Additional land(s) available. Come see for yourself, call Dan Byerly at (325) 665-3489.
