Location: Location: This ranch is located approximately 4.7 miles North of Aspermont on FM 1263 and approximately 8.3 miles East on FM 1835 that runs between Aspermont and Old Glory. The ranch is dissected by FM 1835 with approximately 300 acres north of FM 1835 and 780 acres on the south side of FM 1835. This ranch is approximately 3.5 hours from the Metroplex area and 2 hours from the Lubbock area. The Stonewall County airport is located less than 10 miles from the ranch.

Topography: The topography is very diverse with high ridge lines on the wester areas to flat river bottoms on the southern part of the ranch.

Rainfall/Elevation: Stonewall County averages 22-24 inches per year.
