TERMS: Online bidding will open at 10 AM on March 30th, 2025 and will end at 6 PM on April 2nd, 2025 or once no additional bids have been placed for 3 minutes. There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the high bid to determine the contract price. Closing fee and title insurance fee will be split 50/50 between seller and buyer.
