Great waterfront land is hard to come by on the lower Little Red River, and this one is set up really well as a great place to build. Located inside the gate of the sportsman’s neighborhood known as Cyperts Bluff Estates and right on the river, it is a gateway to thousands of acres of state and federal hunting land. Hurricane WMA is directly across the river, and Bald Knob NWR is just about 4 miles up the river. Both are known for big deer and great duck hunting. In addition to what you can reach by boat, another portion of Hurricane WMA is within walking distance of the lot on the south side of the river.
About three miles downstream from here is the confluence of the Little Red River and the White River. Together, these rivers produce some outstanding fishing opportunities for bass, crappie, and giant catfish. A public boat ramp is less than 5 minutes away upstream at Little Nimmo.
