1987 - Scott Free received his real estate license and went to work for Richardson-Free Realty, which his father (Donald Free) bought in 1983. Scott started his real estate career as a top producing residential sales agent.

1989 to 2002 Scott was awarded Coldwell Banker Franchises Presidents Circle Award, which is the nations top 5% of Sales Associates.

In 1999, Scott purchased Noel Robbins interest in Coldwell Banker Robbins & Free Realty becoming Associate Broker and co-owner with Donald Free.

In 2003, Scott was responsible for 18 million dollars in Commercial and Land sales.

Since 2003 Scott has been awarded the Coldwell Banker Franchise's President's Elite Award, which is the nations top 1% of Sales Associate.

Now focusing on developmental and commercial property sales. Scott's knowledge and specialty to land stems from his farming upbringing and has made him quite accomplished in the development of commercial and subdivision property. Scott is instrumental in the zoning and annexing of all the properties he has been involved in listing or selling. He is also responsible for several large commercial employers considering and choosing Houston County as a place to put their business. Through his commitment to providing the most diligent, productive, and caring service to his clients, he will continue to rank among the top in the real estate industry.

Not only is Scott licensed in Georgia he also holds license in the following states: Alabama, South Carolina & Tennessee.

He is also on the GA Real Estate Commission.
