Patty Helton Davis

Patty Helton Davis is a full-time Broker licensed in both states of Alabama & Florida. Under her leadership, PHD Realty has experienced tremendous growth by raising the bar & providing outstanding customer service for its clients. With her sales career beginning in 1976, she became a Realtor in 1997 & stepped out on faith in 2013 to open her own business, PHD Realty. In her many years as a Realtor, numerous awards and accolades for her outstanding performance and dedication to her clients including the Women's Council of Realtors Top Gun Award. Her business has been named Best of the Best Real Estate Company since 2014. Patty was awarded the Top Thousand Real Estate Professionals by Real Trends, where she ranked 87th in the nation. In 2022 she was a Mobile Bay Top Producer. As an active member of the Atmore Lions Club, she was awarded one of the Highest Awards in Lions International-The Melvin Jones Fellow Award. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family & singing in the choir.
