Helping others find their dream farm quickly became a reality for Nathan. After becoming a licensed agent in Iowa and Missouri, he began doing exactly what he set out to do. Nathan quickly established himself in Southern Iowa and Northern Missouri as a reliable and effective agent, gaining the trust of the seller and buyer as indicated by his multiple listings and land transactions. It wasnt long, and Nathan became a broker and bought his own franchise, United Country Promised Land and Homes where he currently specializes in Recreational Land, Agricultural Farms, Country Homes and Lake-Front Properties.

Today, Nathan resides in Southern Iowa in the small town of Corydon. He is an active member of his local church, runs his own land management business to assist his buyers, and can be found chasing big whitetails on Maximum Outdoors TV. "The only way to do great work is to love what you do."
