I first became interested in real estate in the 70 s when I worked for the Social Security Administration. It was the time when the headquarters of SSA was expanding and there was a lot of land acquisition and building going on. I worked for the head architect, engineers and project managers who were responsible for the expansion. This was also when I purchased land and built my first home. I went on to get my real estate license in Maryland and later a reciprocity license in Pennsylvania. In my first year as a full time agent, I closed over one million dollars in sales in the first 11 months with an average sales price of $60,000. I know what it is like to move with small children from state to state as a corporate transfer since I experienced several until finally moving to Georgia in 1991. I raised my 3 daughters in Georgia and have loved all that this state has to offer its residents. I started my own business in Chicago and expanded it after my move to Georgia. I was a balloon artist which means I did everything from balloon deliveries, children s parties, to large scale decorating for weddings, proms, homecomings, and corporate events. My family has grown over the years to include my husband Mike, 5 daughters, 4 son in laws, and 6 grandchildren. I have returned to my first love of helping people buy and sell real estate. I look forward to helping you with your next move.
