I was born and raised in Perryville where I reside with my family on a small farm. Two young boys keep my husband and I busy watching their sporting events. In my free time, you will likely find me outdoors...running, hiking, boating, spending time with my family, or working on our farm. I enjoy capturing a good sunset or sunrise and nature in general. Professionally speaking, I've been licensed since 2002. I own and operate 573 Realty Group.

Being an avid learner, I hold numerous designations and certifications that provide incredible value for my clients. Land is unique and precious; an asset that deserves to be protected and promoted accordingly. The right professional recognizes the value of land, opportunities for use, and effectively educates others while conveying the necessary information. In 2019, I earned the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, being 1 of 15 in the whole state of Missouri and the only ALC in Perry County. As an ALC, rest assured you are hiring an experienced, knowledgable professional that holds herself to a high standard, committed to delivering excellent service. Additionally, I am a member of the REALTORS Land Institute and currently serve as the MO Chapter President. Networking is an integral part of selling rural real estate by making connections with fellow land professionals to match up buyers and sellers.

Throughout the purchase or sale of real estate, I focus on explaining the process and making sure that my clients are informed of what is happening in addition to the market itself. When I assist buyers and sellers, I am able to help them identify their goals and establish a plan of how to reach them. My clients and I are partners who work cohesively for the outcome that is most beneficial for them. I am passionate about helping others and I love all things land!
